The service descriptions, pricing guidance, and other information provided on this website are for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of specific pricing or availability.
Quotes and estimates
All quotes provided — whether by phone, email, or on-site visit — are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary upon inspection of the actual site conditions. Any significant variance from the original estimate will be communicated to you before work begins. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of any work.
Scope of work
Work performed is limited to the scope agreed upon in writing or verbally before the job begins. Any additional work discovered on-site will be communicated to the property owner before proceeding. We will not undertake additional work without your explicit approval.
Liability
Peace Property Services carries general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather events, structural deficiencies, or acts of nature).
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Any defects in installation identified within a reasonable time after completion will be corrected at no additional cost. This warranty covers installation workmanship only and does not cover normal wear, damage from weather events, or issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
